Charge
The Program Review Committee (PRC) supports institutional effectiveness by overseeing, coordinating, and evaluating VC’s program review processes for instructional, student services, and administrative service programs. The committee ensures that program review is systematic, equitable, data-informed, and aligned with both the College’s Educational Master Plan, and ACCJC Accreditation Standards.

Responsibilities of Committee Members

  • Review, evaluate, and refine program review processes, data metrics, and timelines

  • Provide training, resources, and coaching to programs that are completing a program review

  • Review completed program review submissions for completeness, analysis, and connection to Educational Master Plan goals

  • Provide constructive feedback to programs to support continuous improvement and planning\

  • Support the Academic-Senate-approved program vitality process
