Charge: The Accreditation Steering Advisory Group (ASAG) monitors college compliance with regional accreditation standards in order to sustain continuous quality improvement. ASAG coordinates ongoing efforts to organize evidence used to prepare the Institutional Self Evaluation Report, follow-up reports, and mid-term reports. Recommendations from the ASAG are referred to the College Planning Committee.

GOALS - 2022-23

1. Submit 2023 Institutional Self-Evaluation Report and associated evidence to ACCJC in December 2022

2. Update Accreditation Website with ISER, timelines, and college-wide accreditation statuses

3. Collaborate and coordinate dedicated employee (provisional) to address website information

4. Prepare VC community for ACCJC's Core Inquiries process (March 24, 2023)

5. Prepare VC community for ACCJC's Focused Site Visit (week of September 25, 2023)

6. Identify liaison and meeting space for ACCJC visiting team to be during visit, outfitted with necessary equipment and supplies.
