Before coming into the office, please make sure you have your Photo IDs & Student ID number (900#). The Admissions and Records Office at Ventura College supports prospective students, continuing students, and alumni by providing clear, accessible, and reliable services both in person and online. Our goal is to make key academic processes as smooth and straightforward as possible so students can focus on their educational journey.
As a primary point of contact for students, we assist with many essential academic services, including but not limited to applying for admission, registering for classes, awarding degrees and certificates, and requesting official transcripts. We also work closely with Academic Affairs and Student Affairs to support the College’s enrollment management goals and to guide students through the matriculation process from their first semester through graduation.
Our office maintains the accuracy, security, and integrity of official student academic records and develops policies and procedures to protect student information. Academic records are released in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), ensuring students’ privacy and rights are upheld.
The Admissions and Records Office will be open the following hours:
January 12, 2026 through January 23, 2026
Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
We will resume our normal business hours on January 26, 2026.
