- Complete the International Student Application
- Complete the Foreign Student Agreement
- Pay the $50 non-refundable application fee - You may mail a money order or cashier's check payable to Ventura College or complete the Credit Card Authorization Form
- Complete the Affidavit of Support Form
- Provide a copy your sponsor's most recent bank statement showing you have sufficient funds to pay tuition, fees, and living expenses for on year's estimated cost of 23,000 USD
- Submit an official letter from a bank official confirming your sponsor's financial standing and access to funds in the amount of 23,000 USD
- Provide a copy of your passport
- Submit proof of English proficiency
- Submit official transcripts (translated and evaluated) and diploma from your secondary school and all colleges and universities. Official, electronic transcripts must be emailed to vcadmissions@vcccd.edu or vcinternational@vcccd.edu
- Provide a letter in English describing your previous education, special interests, reason for apply to Ventura College, your intended major, and your educational goals after completing your studies
- Submit a letter of reference from a school instructor, administrator, or employer
- Transfer Students from another US institution: Submit a transfer clearance form completed by the school you are currently attending
- Transfer Students from another US institution: Submit a copy of your current I-20
- Transfer Students from another US institution: Submit a copy of your visa page
- Transfer Students from another US institution: Submit a copy of your I-94
