Zoom Drop-In Support

Just-in-time online teaching support from the Ventura College Instructional Design Team is now available during the following hours.  The time slot links will take you to a hosted Zoom meeting by an instructional technologist/ designer. 

The Spring 2026 “Trainings with Impact” has finished for the year.  Thank you for your participation in and contributions to the following topics that are referenced below. We are still having our Open Studios on Fridays to either review current topics and resources or to help out with the discussions and projects on Artificial Intelligence.  

As we are planning for next fall and AY 2026 - 2027, we need your suggestions and input so please fill out our Trainings with Impact Suggestion Form.  Your voices are heard and we try to create our trainings based upon your current suggestions.

  • The subject you teach
  • A brief description of what you would like assistance with (e.g., creating videos or narrated slide lectures, importing content from one course to another, ADA compliance, 3rd party tool integration or publisher materials, Gradebook, TechConnect Zoom, Turnitin, etc.)
  • A few day/time options to meet
