- Processing Applications Accurately: Ensuring every application is reviewed carefully and in full compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Loan Counseling & Default Prevention: Helping students make informed borrowing decisions and avoid unnecessary debt.
- Academic Progress & Appeals Support: Assisting students with maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and navigating appeals when challenges arise.
- Equity & Outreach: Proactively reaching out to underserved and disproportionately impacted student groups so all students are aware of the resources available to them.
