Submitting Forms Through Adobe Web Forms
All forms submitted through Adobe Web Forms must be verified using your MyVCCCD student email address.
When signing a form, you will be prompted to enter your email to confirm your identity. Only your MyVCCCD email address can be used. Forms submitted using a personal email address cannot be accepted and will be rejected.
Forms Requiring Additional Signatures
Forms that require a signature from someone other than the student (such as a parent, spouse, or third party) are not available through Adobe Web Forms.
These forms must be submitted by email to the Ventura College Basic Needs Center.

The need to remove financial barriers for students and expand educational access is more pressing than ever. With a striking 55 percent of Ventura College students facing food insecurity, especially during the pandemic, the Ventura College Foundation’s Board of Directors escalated our financial commitment to Ventura College’s Basic Needs Food Pantry and Emergency Grant Program. The VC Foundation’s Board recently pledged to invest further in the Basic Needs Center by raising philanthropic funds that will provide long-term sustainability to this vital campus program.
