UCSB web-based opportunities with students. There are two ways students can connect with UCSB: virtual transfer appointments or webinars.
#1: Virtual Transfer Appointments
Prospective transfer students can register for individual 20-minute appointments with a Transfer Admissions Counselor to get their questions answered about applying, course transferability, TAG, TAP and more. Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from mid-June through mid-August. Students can check the Webinars & Online Events page to register.
#2: Transfer Webinars
UCSB offers a variety of webinars for prospective transfer students and/or counselors in June, July and August. Students can check the Webinars & Online Events page for times and to register.
UC TAP and UCSB TAG Webinar
Major-Specific Webinars: Biological Sciences, Economics and College of Engineering
Our virtual Transfer Information Sessions cover: ✔️ Transfer admissions requirements ✔️ Selection criteria for UC Santa Cruz ✔️ Selective majors requiring specific academic preparation prior to admission ✔️ Policies such as credit limitations and repeated courses
Students will also have the opportunity to ask questions through the chat function during the session.
Please note that these sessions do not cover UCSC campus offerings, the residential colleges, or services. Students can find general information about our campus on our website. However, in the online chat afterwards, students may have an opportunity to ask general questions as well.
It's not too late for students interested in Mount Saint Mary's University to register for our upcoming Athenian Applicant Days. You will meet with an admission counselor for a brief interview and receive an admission decision if your file is complete. Application fees and letters of recommendation will be waived for attendees.

You're invited to a special college series, 4x4: 4 Colleges Take On 4 Topics 4 Your College Search. This series features Claremont McKenna College, Tufts University, UC San Diego, and Vanderbilt.
