Housing Support for Ventura College Students
If you are a Ventura College student experiencing housing insecurity or need help finding a place to live, the Basic Needs Center may be able to assist you with housing referrals and resources.
To request support, please complete the Housing Referral Request Form and email it to
vcbasicneeds@vcccd.edu
The Basic Needs Center can help students explore available housing options in the community. While we cannot place students directly into housing, we can provide referrals and guidance during your search.
Important Information About Housing Referrals
Ventura College and the Basic Needs Center provide housing referrals as a support service only. The college does not:
- verify the identity of individuals offering housing
- inspect listed housing properties
- guarantee the condition, safety, or quality of any housing
- review or approve rental agreements or leases
- endorse landlords or property management companies
- pay rental deposits, monthly rent, or utility costs
Students are responsible for reviewing housing options and agreements independently.
Do You Have Housing Available for Students?
Community members who have a room or rental available for Ventura College students may complete the Property Available form and email it to vcbasicneeds@vcccd.edu.
Submitted listings may be shared with students who request housing referrals.
