Program Purpose: Students who complete communication studies classes will be able to organize their ideas in oral, written, and/or performance settings.
Program Description: Communication and speech is one of the most fundamental skills any student can acquire. Oral communication competence is the most highly prized and sought after skill in the professional world, and an indispensible requirement for succeeding in all academic disciplines.
The Communication Studies program helps enhance students’ communication skills. Courses cover such topics as group discussion techniques, voice and diction, and interpersonal communication.
