Each semester, we will have a Lactation Professional from a different work sector speak about their lactation career path/journey.

Interested in learning about careers in lactation? This presentation will address common questions, including:

  • Why did you pursue a career in lactation?
  • What has your career journey been in lactation?
  • What qualifications and training did you obtain before getting hired in your current position?
  • What is a typical week like for you?
  • What do you love most about your job?
  • What is most challenging about your job?
  • What words of wisdom do you have for an aspiring lactation professional?
