You'll get paid for up to six sick or personal days you need to take. In addition to the great health benefits, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a 401K as well as receive bonuses based on productivity at the end of the year. Most employees work full-time and receive time and a half for any overtime they work. 

Quick Clean is a large chain of cleaners and there are employment opportunities at local stores in your community. All full-time employees receive health insurance. You can pay extra for dental insurance, but Quick Clean offers medical and maternity leave. All employees receive a certain number of sick days as well as vacation days, based on how long they have been with the company. Quick Clean doesn't offer any bonuses or 401K plans, but they encourage their employees to meet with their financial planner to help plan for retirement.

They give all of their employees three weeks a year to do with as they please—they can be used as sick days, personal days, or vacation days. I have two brothers. Their names are Sam and Angel. Sam lives near me with his wife and two children. Angel doesn’t live near us, but once a year, we all get together.  

Last year, Sam and his family, Angel, and I spent a week together in Santa Paula. It was great. We all relaxed and had a good time. We didn’t work. We talked about our lives, played games, went to the beach, and ate good food. All of our kids enjoyed seeing their cousins. We want to spend vacation together again next year.
