In-Person, Zoom or Phone Scheduled Appointment:
Sessions for In-Person, Zoom and Phone appointments are 45 minutes. These appointments are meant for your 3 required appointments per semester (Fall/Spring). Discussion topics can include: Creating and/or reviewing comprehensive educational plans, financial aid appeals, transfer plans, career counseling, personal counseling, petitions and graduation applications and other items you wish to discuss.
To schedule an appointment, please follow the steps below.
Call the EOPS office at 805-289-6302.
After you have scheduled your appointment, the Starfish system will send you an email confirmation of your appointment information to your SCHOOL email address.
If you chose to have an In-Person appointment, please arrive a few minutes early. This will allow us time to get you checked in and to set up your next appointment prior to your appointment time.
If you chose to have an Online Appointment through Zoom, look in your school email for the email you received and you will see the Zoom link you will click on the day of your appointment to connect with your counselor.
If you have chosen to have a Phone Appointment, look in your school email for the email you received with the Phone Number and Meeting ID Number that you will call to reach your EOPS Counselor. You are responsible for calling the counselor. (Please be aware that EOPS is not permitting EOPS Counseling Phone Appointments while you drive. Your safety matters to us.)
Once you have completed your Zoom or Phone Appointment, don't forget to give us a call at 805-289-6302 to set up your next appointment.
If you need to rescheduled your appointment for any reason, or you would like to change how you would like to have your appointment (In-Person, Zoom, Phone), please contact the office at 805-289-6302 as soon as possible to do so.
