EOPS Counseling

In-Person and Online (Zoom) Appointments:

Sessions for In-Person and Online (Zoom) appointments are 45 minutes. These appointments are meant for your 3 required appointments per semester (Fall/Spring). Discussion topics can include: Creating and/or reviewing comprehensive educational plans, financial aid appeals, transfer plans, career counseling, personal counseling, petitions and graduation applications and other items you wish to discuss.

To schedule an appointment, please follow the steps below.

Call the EOPS office at 805-289-6302.

After you have scheduled your appointment, the Starfish system will send you an email confirmation of your appointment information to your SCHOOL email address.

If you chose to have an In-Person appointment, please arrive a few minutes early.  This will allow us time to get you checked in and to set up your next appointment prior to your appointment time.

If you chose to have an Online Appointment through Zoom, look in your school email for the email you received (the day you set up your appointment) and you will see the Zoom link that you will click on the day of your appointment to connect with your counselor.

Once you have completed your Zoom  Appointment, please give us a call at 805-289-6302 to set up your next appointment.

If you need to rescheduled your appointment for any reason, or you would like to change how you would like to have your appointment (In-Person and Zoom), please contact the office at 805-289-6302 as soon as possible to do so.

EOPS Summer Counseling Hours are limited July 1st - August 2nd*

• Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm 
• Thursday: None
• Friday: None

Drop-in / Call-in times are available during the Fall & Spring semesters for current EOPS Students on a limited basis. During these times, students are placed in the Kiosk and assisted in the order they requested service (first come, first served basis).

The EOPS Counselors will be available for Drop-in/Call-in's ONLY the first week of school (8/12 - 8/16).

Please call the EOPS for the upcoming dates and times that are available after the first week of school.

Students who called in will be contacted when the counselor is ready to assist you. At that time you will be sent the Zoom link to meet with the counselor.
