Ventura College | Climate Action Strategy

Ventura College is committed to fostering a workplace culture grounded in trust, transparency, collaboration, and shared responsibility. The President’s Climate Strategy is a comprehensive, multi-phase initiative designed to strengthen our campus climate by addressing workplace challenges, supporting leadership excellence, and enhancing the employee experience across the institution.

Through this strategy, Ventura College is working to rebuild trust, promote meaningful dialogue, and reinforce a culture where all employees feel valued, heard, and supported in their work.

The strategy reflects feedback from employees across the campus community and focuses on intentional engagement, clear communication, and sustainable organizational practices that strengthen the college for years to come.
