Pace Employee Climate Survey
The PACE Climate Survey was developed and administered by the Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research. The survey is designed to assess multiple factors of the college's workplace climate.
All VC employees were sent the survey via email in February 2026. The survey was completed by 198 employees (25.6%):
- 104 faculty
- 49 staff
- 12 administrators
- 33 unreported
The data displayed in the dashboard below comes from an anonymized data file provided to VC from the Belk Center.
