Carol Lockart is a Los Angeles based freelance flutist and teacher. She has been on staff at Ventura College since 1988 teaching flute performance and other music classes. Active in the freelance music performance field in southern California she has been a member of the New West Symphony since 1995 and is also principal flute with the Thousand Oaks Philharmonic. Her music training includes a BM from UCSB and a Masters Degree in Music performance from the Eastman School of Music.
Her love of teaching and extensive performing distinguishes her in her field.
