Musial Journey Through Spain & Latin America
Songs and dances from Spain, Latin America will be featured in this concert with VC faculty and guest artists. "Danzas y Canciones" moves through Brazilian choro, Argentine tango, and Spanish flamenco, with works performed by an ensemble of piano, guitar, violin, oboe, and voice. Guest artists Wendy Castellanos and dancers of Flamenco 805 will join musicians Ovanes Arakelyan (piano), Hugo Nogueira and Scott Wolf (guitar), Christina Ramsey (voice), Victoria Sabonjohn (Oboe), and Maia Zander (violin) for this performance. Presented as part of The Laurel Project.
