Use the forms below to request Welcome Center services and support. Each section provides information about the request and a link to the appropriate form.

Campus Tour Request Form

Planning a visit to Ventura College with a school, agency, or other group? Use this form to request a group campus tour. After signing, Adobe will send a verification email to the address you provide. Please check your email and confirm your request to complete the submission. Submitting a request does not guarantee a tour. The Welcome Center will contact you to confirm the details and finalize your visit.

Group Campus Tour Request Form

This request is exclusively for Ventura College Career Education Administrators. If you are submitting a badge request on behalf of a Career Education program, please use this form. Use this form to request specialty badges for programs such as Automotive, EMT, Nursing, and Vet Tech. Please attach the program roster to the form and upload the roster to ID123. After signing, Adobe will send a verification email to the address you provide. Please check your email and confirm your request to complete the submission. The Welcome Center will contact you to confirm the details of your request.

Need a One-Time Passcode sent to your email? Use this form to submit your request. After signing, Adobe will send a verification email to the address you provide. Please check your email and confirm your request to complete the submission. Once confirmed, your request will be electronically submitted to the Welcome Center Team for review.

One-Time Passcodes (OTP)

Ready to request your digital student ID? Use this form to get started. Please attach a valid photo ID and your current-term Student Schedule/Bill to the form. You must use your VCCCD student email address for this request. After signing, Adobe will send a verification email to your student email address. Please check your email and confirm your request to complete the submission. Once confirmed, your request will be electronically submitted to the Welcome Center Team for review.
