For billing purposes, a preschooler is considered a child who is fully independent with toileting AND is at least 3 years old.
PRESCHOOL ADD-ON OPTIONS:
*Early Bird and Lunch Bunch
- $10 / hour (7:30 am- 9:00 am, 12:00 pm- 1:00 pm)
In order to ensure adequate staffing for children, parents must sign up for Early Bird and/or Lunch Bunch in the month prior. Late pick-ups or early drop-offs must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance AND must have written confirmation that the arrangement is approved by the director.
*Early Bird and Lunch Bunch is included in the tuition of extended-day students
TUITION SCHEDULE & PAYMENT
Tuition payments are due in advance of attendance. Tuition must be paid to the Student Business Office. Payments can be made in person or autopayment may be set up in advance with the Student Business Office. The Student business Office can be reached at (805) 289-6488. An automatic $25 late fee will charged on the 10th of the month if tuition has not been received.
Calculation of Billing Fees: The tuition rate shown on your contract and the schedule is based on the 18 week semester divided into four equal billings.
*Once the semester has begun, schedule changes are subject to a $50 fee
*There is a 20% discount for all Ventura College Students
