Description:
Earners of the Ventura College Basic Rigging Badge have developed the entry level skills required to operate a 1 ton gantry crane with a variety of hoists, slings, and hitches. They are competent in such skills as load balancing, choosing the proper equipment to lift a particular load, rigging safety, and PPE.
