East Campus and Off-Campus Programs

Ventura College East Campus in Santa Paula is the center of operations for Ventura College Off-Campus Programs and has served the Santa Clara River communities of Santa Paula, Fillmore and Piru for 30 years.

Students can choose from a wide variety of educational programs from basic skills classes to career-technical training and general education transfer courses.  Classes and programs include:

Art Appreciation, Health and Wellness, English composition, agriculture, history and a variety of computer classes.  Introductory classes to criminal justice, interior design, psychology, sociology and American Sign Language are also being offered. Registration now open!

Library and Learning Resource Center

East Campus has a Learning Resource Center (LRC)that also serves as a branch of the Ventura College library. The East Campus LRC provides tutoring, supplemental instruction, Textbook Lending Library, full library service, computer Lab, Wi-Fi (wireless Internet) and study areas available to all Ventura College students. 

New computer software programs available include:

  • Access 21 GED self-paced preparation
  • Accent Master (accent reduction)
  • TypingInstructor Platinum
  • ResumeMaker
  • Educational Assistance (EAC) programs 
  • A variety of tutorial programs to compliment and support classes at East Campus

Student Services

All Ventura College students have access to student services at East Campus which include:

  • Academic and career counseling
  • Vocational, AA/transfer and financial aid workshops
  • Registration and payments
  • Math, English, ATB and ESL assessments
  • On-line registration and BOGW fee waiver assistance
