Testing Center Student Request Form

Ventura College is open for Instructor-Approved Make-up Testing Only. Please answer the following questions at least two working days before the exam is to be taken.

Remember to bring a current and original ID such as a Ventura College Student ID card, driver's license, passport, military card, or permanent resident card. An expired ID and a picture of your ID will not be accepted.

Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check-in.

Please let us know when you find out you will be late or miss your appointment. That way, you are not marked as a no-show.
