"Echoes of Andalucia" With Acclaimed Guitarist Adam del Monte
Take an intimate journey through the passionate heart of Spanish flamenco and classical guitar. A recording artist for Deutsche Grammophon and faculty member at USC, Adam el Monte seamlessly bridges tradition and innovation, drawing on his training with legendary flamenco masters in Spain. This free solo recital features del Monte's evocative flamenco compositions—including Soleá, Minera, Alegrías, and Sevillanas—alongside Albéniz's beloved Granada and Sergio Assad's Three Spanish Impressions. Presented as part of The Laurel Project: Faculty & Guest Artist Concert Series.
