Description:
Earners of the Ventura College Basic Hydraulics and Pneumatics Badge have developed Introductory level skills in the area of industrial hydraulics and pneumatics. After successfully completing this badge, students will well versed in the basic skills to operate fluid machinery. They are competent in such skills as simple fluid power and displacement calculations, how to read pressure gauges, how to read a hydraulic schematic, the purpose and function of basic fluid system components, and how to connect basic fluid circuits.
