Accreditation Steering Advisory

Charge: The Accreditation Steering Advisory Group (ASAG) monitors college compliance with regional accreditation standards in order to sustain continuous quality improvement. ASAG coordinates ongoing efforts to organize evidence used to prepare the Institutional Self Evaluation Report, follow-up reports, and mid-term reports. Recommendations from the ASAG are referred to the College Planning Committee. 

Membership: Accreditation Liaison Officer (chair), Vice President of Academic Affairs and Student Learning, Vice President of Student Affairs, Vice President of Business & Administrative Services, Dean of Institutional Equity and Effectiveness, Dean for Distance Education, Asst. Deans of Student Services, Asst. Dean of Learning Resources, Academic Senate Executive Committee members, Classified Senate Executive Committee members, College Planning Committee Co-Chair, Student Success Committee Chair, Budget Resource Committee Chair, Basic Skills Advisory Group Co-Chair, Curriculum Committee Co-Chair, Facilities and Operations Advisory Group Co-Chairs, Library and Learning Resources Advisory Group Chair, SLO Advisory Group Chair, Technology Advisory Group Chair, Institutional Researcher and other campus wide leads related to accreditation.
