Who Is Eligible?

To be eligible to receive EOPS services, a student must meet the following criteria:

• Be a resident of California
• Be enrolled full time
• Be educationally disadvantaged as determined by the EOPS coordinator
• Not have completed more than 70 degree-applicable units
• Qualify to receive the Board of Governor's Fee Waiver (BOGW) - A or B

A-BOGW:  You are currently receiving monthly aid from TANF/CalWORKs, SSI/SSP, or General Assistance

B-BOGW:  You meet the income standards

New EOPS eligible students are required to complete the EOPS GW V02X class before acceptance into the program.
