Who Is Eligible?
To be eligible to receive EOPS services, a student must meet the following criteria:
- Be a resident of California
- Be enrolled full time
- Be educationally disadvantaged as determined by the EOPS coordinator
- Not have completed more than 70 degree-applicable units
- Qualify to receive the Board of Governor's Fee Waiver (BOGW) - A or B
A-BOGW: You are currently receiving monthly aid from TANF/CalWORKs, SSI/SSP, or General Assistance
B-BOGW: You meet the following income standards:
