Student Government Officers

There are a variety of leadership positions available for students through participation in student government. Each year, seven elected officers and seven appointed officers lead the Associated Students of Ventura College (ASVC). The elected officers form the Executive Board and are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the student government. The appointed officers include representatives from various departments and the directors of standing committees. All officers are required to attend weekly ASVC Board meetings and Executive Board meetings when necessary.
