Child Development
The Child Development Program prepares students for an associate degree in Child Development or for completion of certificates of achievement in Preschool, Infant/Toddler or School Age Child Care, Family Child Care Provider Certificate, and the Child Development Permit levels of Assistant, Associate Teacher, Teacher, Master Teacher, Site Supervisor and Program Director. Students develop knowledge of subject matter and skills needed for success in transferring to a college or university as well as success in a variety of vocational areas.
