Career Explorations Camp
Career Explorations Camp is geared for middle school students entering seventh and eighth grade. This one-month long after-school program allows students to explore and develop skills in various technical fields, including business management and entrepreneurship, computer game design, criminal justice, robotics, and film and television production. The goal is to get students to start thinking about a career path so their participation will allow them to experience activities to pique their interests, help expand students’ knowledge of career options.
Dates for next camp: May 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, & 29
Classes and Location:
Fun With Computer Games – At Anacapa
Criminal Justice – At Anacapa
Robotics – At Ventura High School
Lights, Camera, Action – At CAPS TV Station
Applications for our next camp will be announced in April. Due to the limited space, students will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
