The Ventura College Information Technology Help Desk is open during the week from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and functions as the primary support for Faculty & Staff for issues around the campus, in offices, and classrooms offering support for all of the following:

To submit a work order for support in your office, remote office or classroom please click on Submit a Work order on the right-hand menu, be sure to include a call back number, your building number and room number or office number and a detailed description of the issue.
