Register for Classes

You may register for classes and/or add and drop classes online using webSTAR at http://students.vcccd.edu/webstar_intro.htm.

• Outstanding financial obligations will result in a hold being placed on your student records that will prevent all registration, drop and withdrawal activity

You will be required to log in to webSTAR using your USER ID and PIN number.  The USER ID is the same as your Student ID number (starts with 900), or you may use your social security number for your first log in.  The PIN number will be your six digit date of birth for first log in, and you will immediately be prompted to change it to a personal six character PIN of your choice. 

If you receive an error message advising that your PIN is disabled, and you have an email address on file with the college, you may use the automated PIN RESET function of WebSTAR.  Click on the PIN RESET button, complete the questions and submit.  Providing your answers match the information on file with the college, you will receive a temporary PIN by email within 15 minutes.  Please activate the temporary PIN immediately upon receipt, as it will expire within 24 hours of being sent.
