Ventura College offers degrees in Associate in Arts or Associate in Science, depending upon the major selected. A degree will be granted upon completion of the following requirements:

1. Major: Completion of major requirements as specified in the College Catalog.

2. General Education: Completion of General Education requirements as specified in the College Catalog.

3. Units: Completion of at least 60 semester units of degree-applicable college work.

4. Scholarship: A cumulative grade point average of not less than 2.0 in all degree-applicable college and university work attempted.
