GOAL: INCREASE NUMBER OF STUDENTS WHO TRANSFER TO FOUR-YEAR COLLEGES Relates to three Title V areas of Acamdemic Programs, Instituional Management, Fiscal Stability. |

Note: Objectives 1, 2, 3 will use Transfer Velocity Project (TVP) cohort data. See Activity Objectives for Annual measures and complete description methodology. Objective 1:By 2017, Increase the Four- Year TVP Transfer Rates for all VC Students by three (3) percentage points-from 29% (2011-12 baseline for 2005-06 transfer cohort) to 32%. This is a 10% increase; 3 prcentage points to increase. |
| Objective 2.: By 2017, Increase the Four- Year TVP Transfer Rates of Hispanic VC Students by five (5) percentage points- from 22% (2011-12 baseline for 2005-06 transfer cohort) to 27%. This is a 22% increase; 5 percentage points increase. |
| Objective 3:By 2017, Decrease the 7 point gap in Four-Year TVP Transfer Rates between all VC Students and Hispanic VC Students to 5 points- a decrease of 2 points, or 29% [( 2/7) x 100= 28.8% = 29%] in comparison to the 2011-12 baseline for the 2005-06 transfer cohort. |

GOAL: IMPROVE STUDENT SUCCESS RATES IN HIGH RISK/TRANSFER BARRIER COURSES Relates primarily to Academic Programs and Student Services. |
| Objective 4: By September 2017, there will be a 10% relative improvement in the Student success (A, B, C) on 20 high risk barrier courses participating in pilots of high impact interventions, above 2010-11 baseline of 60.2%.; 2017 Target: 66.2% successful completion |
| Objective 5: By September 2017, there will be a 33% overall decrease in the Hispanic student success differential high risk transfer courses, in comparison to the 2010-11 baseline of 8.3%; 2017 Target; 5.6% maximum composite differential. |

| Objective 6: By September 2016, 100% of instructional programs contrainin courses on the high risk barrier list and.or required for transfer degrees will have to achieve Sustainable Continuous Quality Improvement (highest level possible) for program and institutional level SLOs according to WASC Institutional Effectiveness standards, compared to a September 2011 baseline of one (1) program meeting all parameters of requirements (VC English Program). |
