Ventura College International Student Program
The International Student Office (ISO) assists about 200 International Students attending under an F-1 Visa (Student Visa). Our program is represented by students from many countries around the world; Argentina, China, Brazil, Ecuador, France, Germany, Iceland, India, Japan, Hungary, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Morocco, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Russia and many more. The ISO is responsible in assisting students with admission requirements, assessment, orientation, housing, academic advising, OPT employment authorizations, banks accounts and drivers licenses. We are also available to assist the students with immigration related matters, I-20 form, Visas, passports, change of status, extensions of stay, employment authorization among others requests.
All the prospective International Students must comply with the requirement documents for admission to the International Student Program.
If approved for admission at Ventura College International Student office, you will be issued The Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) student Status for Academic and Language Students form I-20 to present to your consulate/embassy when you request them to issue your Student Visa (F-1).
