Additional Requirements for Transfers Only
If you are currently attending another college or another Institution in the United States, you must also submit the following documents.
- Transfer clearance form
- Official college transcript from the Institution you are transferring from
- Copy of your departure record form I-94
- Copy of your Passport and Visa
- Copy of previous I-20s
- Copy of Employment Authorization card, or Optional Practical training card (If applicable)
