Cancellation / Refund Policies
Cancelled Classes
Pre-registered students will be notified in advance if a class is cancelled by the Community Education Department. You may choose a full refund or have your fees transferred to the next class. Check and cash refunds will be mailed to you within four to six weeks; credit card refunds will be credited to your account within one to two days.
Dropping a Class / Refunds
If you are unable to attend a class for which you are registered, you must notify the Community Education Department at least two working days before the class begins, otherwise a refund will not be issued. Once proper notice has been received, your registration fee minus a $10 service charge, will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after class begins.
