Online Workshops

CTS provides simple, video-based technology training to every VC staff member, free of charge. Through a third-party vendor, Atomic Learning, we have a library of thousands of short, easy-to-view and understand tutorial movies (called screencasts), that can be viewed anytime and anywhere on the Internet. The videos cover a range of topics, including help with:

  • Microsoft products, including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Adobe products, including Acrobat, Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
  • Apple products, including Mac OS X Leopard, iTunes, iMovie, iWork, etc.
To get started, you will need a registration code. To obtain one, Click Here (Please include your name & department).

After receiving your registration code, follow these instructions to create a username and password:

  1. Go to http://www.atomiclearning.com/redeemtrial.
  2. Enter your registration code in the box (Code: xxxXXXxxxX), then click Submit.
  3. Continue by completing the required fields on the User Information page, then click Submit.
  4. Check the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and enter a username and password. (We recommend using your e-mail address as your username.) Click Confirm.
  5. You will receive an email confirming your user name and password.
  6. To login, simply follow the link in the email, or just go here.
