clipart of two stacks of cashOur Resource Development department enables us to identify outside funding sources to support the development of new and innovative programs and services. We seek community partners to work with us to expand the numbers and kinds of collaborative educational and training programs available to meet the changing needs of our regional workforce. We also train and assist Ventura college faculty and staff to develop grant proposals and coordinate the college grant seeking process on a college-wide basis.
