| December 11 | All written materials for Parts 1 and 2 of the report due to the Executive Vice President's (EVP's) Office |
| Week of Jan. 6 | Co Chairs receive draft progress report. Report made available the campus community by email and in hard copy (when requested) |
| January 14 | Meeting with Classified Senate and Associated Student Board to review Progress Report with President, EVP, and Academic Senate President. |
| January 21 | Draft Progress Report due back from the committees with comments and changes to the EVP's office. |
| January 24 | President and Academic Senate will receive the Final Progress Report for review and approval. |
| January 29 | Progress Report compiled in final format |
| January 31 | Progress Report to the Board of Trustees for review and approval |
| February 3 | Progress Report available in EVP Office for Co-Chairs signatures |
| February 12 | Final Progress Report with signatures to the printer |
| March 1 | Print copies of Progress Report submitted to WASC |
| April 2 & 3 | Site Visit by WASC Team |
