Duane Yeto
Women's Volleyball Assistant Coach
Duane has been the assistant coach at Ventura College for the past 18 years. In addition to
coaching for VC, Duane has been involved in many aspects of volleyball. While in the U.S. Army, he played in the 1st Army Regionals. He played on USVBA men's club team as well as coaching both men's and women's teams. He taught Adult Education volleyball and refereed Adult VB Leagues. He coached at Hueneme High School for 8 years, including the state championship team of 1986. Club coaching experience includes 2 years for Ojai VB Club, 4 years for Channel Islands and 4 years for Ventura West as Co-director and coach. He is a certified CAP 1&2 coach. Duane attended both Ventura College and the University of
California, Berkeley. Duane is married to Suki and has one daughter, Melissa.
