VC emphasizes spiritleading demonstrated through athleticism and hard work.  In addition to providing spirit and entertainment at home football and basketball games, the Ventura College Spirit Club represents the school and community at competitions throughout California.  The squad is lead by nationally ranked coach and choreographer Danielle Watkins.
