All proceeds benefit VC Athletics, the Brian Marshall Memorial Scholarship, and VC Menʼs Golf

The 3rd annual Brian Marshall Golf Classic raises funds to support the VC athletic programs and to celebrate th life and career of Coach Brian Marshall. From 1972 to 2002, Brian was a well‐respected educator at Ventura College. During his 30 year career, he served as the coach for Golf, Football and Men’s and Women’s Basketball. He was also a mentor to many student‐athletes and the VC staff. His passion and dedication for golf as a former player and coach are remembered each year through this golf classic. Coach Marshall passed away in April, 2006 after a battle with amyloidosis. He touched the lives of so many and continues to do so through this event.
